Ken
Belanger
Ken Belanger brings more than three decades of global leadership experience across industries, cultures, and complex organizational environments.
He has worked in over 60 countries across various industries, living in the US, Denmark, Switzerland, Greece and Japan. Most notable among his various global roles are his positions as CEO (Boutique Consulting/Professional Services Firms), National Team Coach (Danish Women’s Fastpitch Softball Team),
and Senior HR Executive (Investment Management and Pharmaceutical industries).
Ken is a graduate of Georgetown University (B.Sc. Languages and Linguistics), University of Copenhagen (Cand. mag) and University of
Maryland (MBA).

He has worked closely with senior leaders, executive teams, and boards in moments where decisions carry weight and clarity matters most. His perspective was shaped not in theory, but inside real leadership rooms — navigating growth, transformation, cultural complexity, and high-stakes change.
Leaders who work with Solvia often recognize something familiar in Ken’s approach: calm presence, practical judgment, and the ability to see what truly matters when pressure rises.

Ken’s role within Solvia is not that of a public figure, but a standard-setter.
His experience defines the philosophy, expectations, and quality of engagement clients can rely on.
The work reflects his belief that leadership improves when complexity is simplified, decisions are grounded, and perspective remains steady.
